The club has a full kitchen, two trap fields, and a 20 acre area for working dogs. No hunting is allowed on the premises. Club members have full use of the facilities. The clubhouse is available to club members for private gatherings on a reservation basis.
Anyone interested in becoming a member should either attend a monthly general meeting, or come out and enjoy an evening of shooting at one of the shoots. Club members and Range Officers are always on hand to offer help to new shooters. Club dues are $45 per year. You must have a sponsor and NRA membership is required. Must be 18 or older. Alta Mesa Gun Club is a non-profit family organization that promotes the shooting sports, primarily trap shooting. Annual membership fee is $45.00. All members are required to be a member of the National Rifle Association. Regular shoots are open to the public. Currently, shoots are held on Monday, Thursday, and Friday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
General membership meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm at the clubhouse, located at 10100 Reigl Road in Wilton. For general club information and activities, contact President Myron Miller at 916-616-1561.
